WOMA's future with Kärcher
It is our pleasure to announce you this important and good news for WOMA and its business partners. Our longly intended plan will happen. From now on, WOMA GmbH and Alfred Kärcher GmbH & Co. KG will go a common way. The German family owned enterprise Kärcher with 75 years of tradition has acquired the majority of WOMA's shares effective April 1, 2011. WOMA celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2012.
Grand Opening Ceremony Shanghai WOMA-Dalong
After a construction period of 2 years the President of the WOMA Group and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shanghai WOMA-Dalong, Mr. Theo Sausen, handed over the new production and office buildings to the staff members of Shanghai WOMA-Dalong. High level economic and political representatives from throughout China took part in this ceremony, as did international guests from Asia.
